My name is Vanna and I am 23 years old. My hobbies include but are not limited to: Photography, writing poetry & stories, playing bass guitar, playing on the computer, making youtube videos, chatting with friends, reading, crocheting, t-shirt reconstructions, writing pen pals, making new friends, learning new things and hanging out with friends & family.
I am very open minded, will try pretty much anything at least once. I love to live life to the fullest and try to think as optimistically as I possibly can! I'm also pretty random and am always being creative & unique. One of my favorite things to do is to dance in the rain! It just makes life not seem so bad, as if you're starting anew...
I work at a newspaper doing classifieds and legals. I am a bisexual woman who is married to her soul-mate! I have no kids of my own as of yet, but I do have two wonderful step-kids that I love as if they were my own. I suffer from depression and being overweight, those are two things i am working on right now!
I've just switched over to living a vegetarian lifestyle. I want to lose weight and be healthy the right way. I have studied up on being vegetarian A LOT and own 3 different books on the subject. I try to make sure that I get all the appropriate nutrients and vitamins throughout my day. :)
I have been through a lot in my life (sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, miscarriages, depression, aloneness, bullying, etc), just like everyone else I'm sure! I love answering questions and will offer the best advice I possibly can!

Is it possible to see slight toning results in two weeks if I speed walk on the treadmill everyday for 1-2 hours and use a resistance band to tone my triceps and biceps?
If not, how long do you think it would take to start seeing some form of results?

Usually you will see results in 3-6 weeks of working out at least 3 times a week. You may see slight toning results in 2 weeks. It just depends on the person.
After 4-6 weeks though (if you're using the same workout) you will most likely hit a plateau where you won't see a whole lot of results after that point. Just make sure to change up your routine at least every 6 weeks!
