I am going to be a senior next school year and am applying to a college to take some classes while still in high school for high school and college credits. I have to write an essay on why I want to do this and what classes I want to take. I have the basics written but I'm having a hard time with adding detail because it has to be 5 paragraphs. the reasons I have are it will let me see what college is like and I want to do something different my senior year.
any ideas or suggestions?

okay, good for you. an essay needs a point. yours could be: taking college courses during senior year will prepare me for my future college attendance. then back it up with three good arguments. some examples: it will allow me to learn how to cope with the workload, it will enable me to finish basic courses and thereby shorten the time I am in college post high school, it will provide me with the research skills I will need to complete advanced college courses....
there's lots of good reasons, those are just a few.
