Okay, well i'm 15 female and theres this guy that i've recently started to like alot I had a class with him at the beginning of the year but my schedule got changed so now I have no classes with him, when we had a class together I didnt really talk to him much because i'm really shy and i've never had a boyfriend before, (we sat right next to eachother) but he would always try to start a conversation with me I would respond back but I was really closed off when he tried to get to know me. When he found out that my schedule got changed he told me that he would miss me, and that I should try getting into the class. Also he notices everything like when I get a new outfit or something like that, my mom said thats a good thing :) I was never able to get back into that class but I would always see him in the hallways and he would always say hi to me, I would just smile. But now when he sees me in the hallways he doesnt say anything to me, which makes me kinda upset has he given up on trying to talk to me or what? (link)

Just because he doesn't say "hi" to you anymore in the hallways, doesn't mean he's not interested. And also, a huge hint that he was interested is that he commented on your outfits, trying to conduct a conversation with you, and he told you that he would miss you.
HUGE HINTS.
He's probably just thinking that you're not interested in him because you didn't try to show as much of an interest in him as he did to you.
So maybe you should start being the one to say "Hello" to him in the hallways, maybe even pass him a little note or something :)
