I try to give the best advice I can, usually drawing on my own personal experience. But I'm not perfect, and sometimes when I look back on some of my advice it's far from it (especially when I was 15 and writing LiKe THiS). It's just advice, though. It's not an answer or a solution, it's simply a potentially helpful perspective. And that's all I can offer you.

There is this boy i like-lets call him S-well i have known S for 3 yrs. And everyone knows we like each other...but at the beginning of the year my "friend" K kissed him in front of me and she knows that i have a crush on him...so now me and her are not really friends...so last week i had one of my friends go and ask him if he liked me and he said that he did but that i didn't act that way towards him so he was like now he doesn't know if he likes me anymore because he says i pretend like he is no one...how do i show him that i like him/build up the courage to tell him. How do i find out if he really likes me? Also he is a really big flirt. (link)

This is a few days old so you might have already made your move, but I'll say something anyway just in case.
The best way to show him you like him is to tell him. To build yourself up, you just got to take a deep breath and go for it! That really is the simplest way. If your good friends with this guy and want to have a relationship, then when you tell him you like him and he says he likes you back, why not ask him if he'll be your boyfriend? The worst thing he could say would be no, and that's certainly not the end of the world!
This guy has liked you and still does but is unsure because you have been distant, so you should think to yourself "Well.. he thinks im hot" haha. This guy is attracted to you and likes things about you, so be a little egotistical and let it boost your confidence and self-esteem.
If you just wana flirt, one of the ingenious ways to do it is to just talk about things you have in common and have a really good long conversation. He'll think.. "wow this chick is awesome" and from a simple conversation a guy can really fall in love with a girl. Just smile a lot and be happy, a happy girl always looks pretty and guys do notice girls who smile more over girls that sit in the corner with a serious face.
