i can't stop thinking about my x but he hrut me and other girl and now he got a wifey and i don't know how to get over it cause the girl he go out with is a girl that hate me and i hate her

to put it simply is..you only want him, because you can't have him, and he's taken by someone you don't like.

Forget about him, he obviously has bad taste if he picks a girl you dislike so much.

Cut off kinds of communication with him - aim,msn,facebook,phone etc. That way you wouldn't think about him, because you wouldn't have any connextion to.Situate yourself around friends, they'll help you

Think about why you broke up in the first place and realise there plenty other fish in the sea.

Ps - I am sure wifey means girlfriend, some people misunderstood
