Hello.
If your hymen gets broken, the next time you get your period, is it normal if it hurts to put in and take out a tampon? Thanks for the help : ) _(link)

yeah it would be sore because the hymen is a muscle and its like youve just ripped a muscle so it needs time to heal what id advise you to do is use pads then the next month go back to the tampons give it time to heal
