Q: okay well to make this short i want to break up with my boyfriend of 9 months because he ignores my texts and doesn't seem to care, like i'm doing all of the planning for us to hang out and he's not contributing to it and its making me upset..i'm just tired of doing this to myself...
anyways, i want to break up with him as soon as possible but i don't know what to say and his birthday is in like 2 days so i feel bad =[ but i don't wanna keep waiting .. any advice?
oh and im also hesitant about breaking up with him because i really do love him more than anything and he's my first love and i feel like i might want to go back to him and i dont wanna put myself in that situation...=/

if you really love him then you should talk to him tell him what your feeling and if he feels the same way you feel about then he'll respond and say what you want to hear. is he doesnt care then you should break up with him depending on how he responds. you guys have been together for 9 months for alot of people thats alot bu6t if you really love him you should be thinking about forever and 9 months is nothing. if you really want to and need to break up with him to save yourself you should put him down softly but if he doesnt care for you you just show him what hes done to you by explaining and he might have feelings for you and realize he would lose alot if he doesnt just tell him you cant keep up the relationship if he doesnt meet up to your needs. if you guys do stay together tell him that if he really loves you he will make sacrifices for you and do what you want every once in a while you want him to call you tell him and make sure he hears do your best so he does, and the same for texting you. if you want to break up with him do it before his birthday or after it doesnt matter just not on his birthday only if he hurts you really bad and you really hate him them you can ruin his birthday.
if you have a hard time to tell him you should maybe tell him in a different way. theres many ways.... a poem, a letter, maybe get mediated it might be easier because other people will talk for you you'll still be nervous but your not talking and there wont be turning back.

I am 18. I like giving advice about love, I feel as though i have a clear idea of love in some ways, at the same time as i feel love is not explainable i can explain it, but in weird ways.
