advice

Recently I've gained assloads of weight, and I know it's my own fault.
I was just wondering, if I cut down on snacking, no fast foods, and instead eat healthily and replace my school snack with apples or whatever, will I loose weight?
Because for breakfast I usually eat a grapefruit, for lunch I have a small sandwich and coke and then dinner is usually nutritious and healthy anyway, but I tend to snack a lot in between.
So, if I replace my school snacks with fruit and don't snack at home and don't eat fast foods, will I be able to lose weight?
Any other suggestions?

Yes you will...

I've been eating healthily for about 2 months.

Before that I would eat a few healthy things here and there and have too many snacks - like buiscuits, sweets, fizzy drinks etc

But what I then did is switched fizzy drinks to flavoured water, defiantly made sure I have 5 portions of fruit and vegetables - and for snacks I have cereal bars, seeds, dried fruit, apple crips, fruit flakes, fruit salads etc.

However eating healthily isnt only what you have to do - excerise is vital. I've taken up swimming twice a week - and I have noticed so much.
I've lost a lot of weight on my thighs, my stomach, my waist and my cheeks.

I'm eating healthy and excercing. It's safe, and fun!(swimming!)

Do this I gurantee not only will you start to look better, you will fill better about your image because you know your doing something about it. I always used to be extremley tired, but after switching to eating heathy foods, I'm never out of energy

So yes. you are right, you will lose weight

PS - Steer clear from banana's and white bread - they are full of sugar. Brown bread is tonnes healthier.
