first off i think im sad now well i know i am but its because i like this girl but i cant tell her because i dont really know how to . if that makes sense its like i know i like her but at the same time i wouldnt begin to know how to not be a total goof ball around her and make her find me charming or want to be with me . im totally uncoordinated when it comes to girls and i know this may be considered rambling but i hope it makes sense can anyone help (link)

I think if you were more secure about her feelings you can get past your ackwardness. So you need to find out where her mind is - or at least open up the topic with her.
I can tell you how I test out if a guy likes me, and I think you can do it in reverse.
First, if you have a facebook or aim id, get hers and just start casual chat 'what's up?' kinda messages. If you can get her cell number...do the same. Not everyday...but a couple of times a week ... And don't jump on her as soon as she signs on. You want to seem casual. Just the fact you reached out to her will make her wonder if she caught your eye.
If she brings up something going on you can do too, show interest. If she isn't too shy herself, maybe she will invite you to come along. Or if you have something going on, chat about it, and if she shows interest, invite her along. As you get more comfortable, you can start with some casual flirting...
See if you can partner up with her at school. If your school encourages you to do community service, see if you can do it together. If she works somewhere, be sure to drop by.
You know how school gossip is,all you have to do is drop the hint to one of her girlfriends or a loud mouth guy friend, and they will let her know and you can judge her reaction.
I totally like goof balls. If a guy can make me laugh he is half way there.
