My first time, I didn't lay a towel down or anything like the person before me said, but I did bleed. We cuddled for a little while and then I went to the bathroom and realized I was bleeding so I just put a pad in. It lasted about three hours for me. I didn't think any got on my sheets but I noticed just a small stain the next day, but nothing really noticeable. It wasn't embarrassing or anything because I am really close with my boyfriend. I told him I was bleeding right when I came back from the bathroom. He wasn't freaked out or anything. He just apologized and I reminded him that it was normal. No big deal.
