I've been wearing my contacts a lot lately and i dont usually take them out before i go to sleep. now i'm just starting to notice these red veins appearing in the white area of my eye(sorry, i dont know the technical term for it) i know its normal to have just a few but i have a lot. my eyes always look bloodshot when i leave them in longer than a week.
(i know, i know, i shouldnt be leaving them in at night and im trying to improve that my making it a daily habit.)
also, ive noticed when i give my eyes a break from the contacts, some of the lines/veins disappear. but not all of them.
i would like to know if there is any way to make these veins go away or if they are permanent.

take em out and dont put em back in for like, 3 days.
...good god, you're guna die if u keep doing this
after that only wear them for a max of 12 hours a day
and use some rewetting drops
