i just had sex for the first time and it was painful but the problem is that my lower back hurts advice please.

Thats normal. Your body is going to hurt because you used muscles that you havent used before. Just like the first time you go on top, the inside of your thighs will hurt. There isnt really much you can do about it except maybe put a heating pad on your back.
