i just got my tonsils out exactly a week ago and they say the 5-7th days are the worst... but i have scabs in the back of my throat and all i wanna do is sleep, talk, and eat real food again.. how do i get these scabs out? i have tried eating, it hurts to much. i spit every 2 min and i drink like a dehydrated horse! if anyone has any suggestions let me know.. please dont guess id rather have someone who knows what their saying tell me what to do.. thank you
Alright. I got my tonsils out about ten years ago when I was six. The best thing to do is to leave it alone. I know it sucks and it hurts so a lot, but just do exactly what they tell you to. Take all your medicine when you're supposed to. And eat ice cream!Well try going for the sherbert because anything with choclate will probably burn your throat. That helped me out a lot. This all may seem really obvious. I dunno, but leave the scabs alone! =]

lol yea.. it does suck! really bad and i hate it! im 17 so it sucks even worse... mine were the size of grapes. thanks and i will give sherbet a try.. i ate cherry garcia ice cream... it probably wasnt the best.. i took 2 bites and said no thank you...
