well it seems like he's the type of guy who wants attention from everyone. he's the center of attention and thinks it's all about him. hey once you tell him you like him, he might be like "I'm sorry I only love myself." like how stupid is that. so you really shouldn't tell. if you do, you might expect the unexpected. and he's obnoxious too and selfish. so move on and find someone better. I know it's been almost a year since you like him but don't hang around one guy all the time unless you're dating him. move on and find someone better.
