I'm 14 & a sophmore
so there's this guy I've liked since freshmen year
but he's really concieded obnoxious & loud around every one
but wen we r alone he really nice & a genuine charmer
idk if I should tell him cus idk itd b kinda weird rite

Maybe he just wants attention from more then one person in your class (:

try talking to him more, and flirting always works.
