There's this guy that I just met [well, not really "met", but I knew who he was but then I got to know him] maybe like, 2 weeks ago and we've been talking almost every day since last week and I've kind of started to like him. We just went to the movies together the other day, but it wasn't a "date", we mutually agreed to go together and my friend tagged along, but she didn't sit with us. However, on the phone, we talked and he kept saying we were just "good friends" who are going to the movies together and how he didn't understand why my friend kept thinking we were more or something.
It seems like he likes me though because we just talk SO MUCH and I don't know a lot of guys that talk that much. And we talk at night until like, 1AM. What do you think? (link)

to tell you the truth guys are really weird haha yeah they are... anyways i noticed that you said that he kept saying how he couldn't understand why your friend kept thinking you were more... (given that by what you say he does seem to like you.. i mean in my opinion) Maybe he thinks you don't like him and felt embarrased by your friend and thought the best way was for him to tell you that... or think back. when your friend said that did you say something like: "No, we ara just friends". Or maybe put like a face (which is something all us girls do when we get a bit embarrased). If so then maybe he got the wrong impression and told you that as i already said, to not be embarrased. Anyways that is my opinion cause if he talks with you till 1am well it does sound like he likes you. But again some guys r like that... so go with the flow and when the time's right you'll know if he likes you or you'll tell him YOU like him hehehe

I mean, I was on the phone with him when the whole "good friends" thing happened. I didn't actually say "Yeah, we are just good friends", but I just agreed with him because I didn't know what else to say to him.
And what if I tell him I like him and he doesn't like me back? That would be awkward and I don't want to stop being friends with him
