this little girl i was babysitting fell and she hit her head and there was no sign that she was hurt. and I dont know if i should tell her parents about it or not should i? i need advice!!!
Uhh duh u should tell her parents just because it looks like she wasnt hurt doesnt mean she isnt....she could have a tumor or something she needs to be checked out by her parents......
