Q: Recently I got a minor tooth ache. Its not uncommon for me because I'm 16 and my wisdom teeth are taking their dear sweet time coming in...but I decided to take out a compact mirror and check out my tooth anyway. Well...it looks like I have a cavity. I have a little black spot on TWO of my upper back teeth. I think the pain was my wisdom teeth...but yeah.
I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS. So long I can't even remember how old I was or what I was there for...I'm really scared of getting a tooth pulled.
I don't know how bad a cavity is that you have to have it pulled so I have no idea what to compare what I have to...and I'm sooo freaked out.
Does anyone know how bad a cavity has to be before it gets pulled? I tried looking it up but I can't seem to find anything useful....

I've had two caveties, but I take care of my teeth. I brush twice a day every day, but one dentist appointment when I just turned 13 changed my No caviety record. The dentist said I had two. I was scared two, they cost a fortune to get filled, but I was just scared it would hurt. I cried even, i hate the dentist. But turns out it's not bad at all. They give you laughing gass (F.Y.I laughing gass DOESN'T make you laugh it just makes you happy, you can't feel anything, your basically dreaming only your awake. Before you know it they're finished! No big deal at all.
