I've been looking for good pixel art beginner's tutorials, but so far I haven't found any good ones.
Could someone please give me links to some good ones(for beginners)?

deviantart.com has a lot of different art tutorials, if you search "pixel art tutorial" I'm sure you'll find at least one of millions that you like. But to save you some searching, I did it myself and came up with a few you may like:
