i need help i dont have a very good grade in math and my dad used to be a math teacher and we fight about it every time i go to his house (my parents are divorced) and i just dont get it! could you help me on how to stay focused during class?! i dont sit by n e of my friends in that class so thats not the problem but im starting to make friends with the people around me i dont get in trouble for talking very much tho! just if you have any advice PLEASE any at all! help me!!

Well first off, you said your father is a Math teacher. You might want to ask him for help. Despite the fact that you get into fights about it, I'm sure he'd be glad to help you understand it better.

If you really don't want to do that, I'm sure you could ask your school for a tutor. Or find one online by googling tutor and your area. Or maybe your friends around you get it and you could ask them to explain it in simpler terms!

If you go to the library, also, there should be books about paying attention in class.
