My parents are in the process of buying me my first car. The car's hood is like flat black, and the front side panel is white. The rest of the car is like a grey/silver color. Can I get the hood/side panel re-painted at like Maaco, to match the rest of the car?

Yes, you can get it painted at any body shop or car shop, its not too pricey.
