You posted this under web design so i'm going to assume you're looking for information on web design. www.w3schools.com has that sort of information.
If i'm wrong, and it's not web design stuff you're looking for then let me know and i'll try to be more help.
Sorry I took so long to respond to your feedback, I don't check advicenators much.
You've got me a bit stumped with this one. www.wikipedia.org has information about pretty much everything, but it's not always accurate. Other than that you could use google, but you'd need to be a bit more specific about you want to know.
I'll post more sites if I think of any.
