Ok, so at our school track starts Monday. I did it last year and i wasn't very good i just got out of volleyball, but i need some tips for when im running how to keep my breath...like do i breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth...how should my feet be because for some odd reason i run toe to heel...i need alot of advice so any help is appreciated thank you!!! i run track too. so i breathe in through my nose and then breathe out through my mouth.

when running just relax your body...i know its hard to when you have all that addrenaline rushing through your body but if you relax then your footwork will work out on its own.
