What is Christian Meditation? I want to know more about it because I heard that it brings you closer to Jesus. Also, what does it mean to "meditate on a scripture"? Is it literal? Thanks (link)

i don't think there's really a christian meditation it's just meditation. What it is, ism to clear your mind and block out all the unwanted noise so you can hear your thoughts. As for the "meditate on the scripture" all you need to do is maybe read it and try to break it down by thinking about it through meditation or just pure thought, no need to think on it too hard otherwise you might read it the wrong way you know? just takes time and patience After all we're only human anyway, hope this helps.
