what can i do to get a whiter skin.. im gettin dark

dont stay out in the sun too long, and wear sunscreen.

(Rating: 5) oh its cause i have a really bad skin disease called erythema dyschromicum perstans.. if you wanna research it and help me with how to heal it, that would be awesome.
