In my opinion this question has an obviuos answer, but if you must know, It is never "safe" to have sex.
Ecstasy is a stimulant that increases your heart rate, and blood pressure. It makes you capable of being active for long periods of time, hence the use at dance clubs and raves. It can cause dehydration and hyperthermia. It also convinces your brain into drinking too much water (yes there is such thing as to much) which then over-hydrates you and causes your brain to become "water-logged" and then impairs your judgement, shuts down your senses and can cause a coma, a cardiac arrest, kidney failure, and death.
So what some call "safe" sex during ecstasy is the least of your worries.
