So i'm like using my laptop, and then out of nowhere this quickplay thing just pops up. It's soooooooooooooo annoying. Like i'll be typing and it just pops up and ruins everything. AHHHH IT JUST DID IT NOW.
Like i'll be sitting there not touching anything and it just pops up.
Anyone else have this problem, and what should i do?

i think your pressing the upper bottons bye mistake i have the SAME problem and the same laptop the white one , the 2 buttons on the left are super sensitive i barely touch then and my finger pass slightly through one of the corners of the button and then it goes again!! it drives me crazy if this doesnt stop then call hp support
