I have locks. I love them, they are the rasta kind that you don't twist. I don't know if that makes a difference but here is the situation. When I wash them I like to let them air dry. They never really dry all the way and then they smell funny like a towel that has not dried properly. The only way I can get rid of the smell, or cover it up really, is to put some kind of oil in them that smells good. The thing is I would like to be able to do is have them smell nice right after I wash them without having to put oil in them. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Things I will not do:
Blow dry them with a blowdryer or a heater
Cut them off
Thank you for your time and energy!
Peace and love.
sorry they cannot smell good after you take a shower cause they kinda are formed ebcause the oil from your hair is in them...so thats why you get the funny smell, and yoyur not the only one everyone does it waht i've known people do is that you HAVE to put something in them unless you want that funny strong smell, people sometimes try body spray but just a little bit good luck
