could teeth whitening ever cover up years of not brushing?

would crest whitestrips help or do i need to take more drastic measures and go laser or something? professional bleaching (link)

whitestrips will only whiten your teeth a couple of shades...I would suggest professional whitening like Zoom. That will whiten your teeth more drastically. whitestrips will only work for a while too. If you drink a lot of cokes, coffees, or teas they stain your teeth and lessing the whitening effect...so I suggest getting a whitening done at your dentist and then brushing with Colgate total because it will keep all of the food and drink stains away and flossing at least twice a day because food that gets caught under gums and in between teeth also causes discoloration.
