Q: Okay so I had NO IDEA what to get my boyfriend of almost a year for Christmas. But he's really religious, so i got him a little $10 woven braclet with a cross (its not girly, or anything. haha). But, he keeps dropping hints that he's getting me some really expensive jewelry. Should i get him something more?
My dad said guys dont take that personally. They just think its the thought that counts, and he wont mind at all. But, I still feel really bad about it. Do you think i should spend a little more?

thank you for ANY help.
xoxo. (:

ps. he's not materialistic at ALLLL. just fyi.
I think your dad is right. I got my guy friend a present and I was afraid it was too little, or that he wouldn't like it, but before I even gave it to him, he said "it's the thought that counts". I think your boyfriend will love it just because he loves you.

Thank you! (:

I like to give relationship advice. I also like to receive it. It's funny how that works. I was in a relationship when I started using Advicenators and we are now good friends. I like someone now who is in a relationship. Stuff is very confusing, but I handle it well.
