If there are any violinists here... I play several other instruments and am asking for a violin for Christmas. I have picked out the Giardinelli Silver Creek Model 4 violin, and the description says that it comes with a Brazilwood half-lined bow stick. I have looked everywhere, and I can't figure out if that means that it comes with the horse hair, or if it's just the actual bow and I need to take it somewhere to have the horse hair put in. Here is a link to the website: http://www.giardinelli.com/product/Silver-Creek-Model-4-Violin-44-Outfit?sku=470311
Help please? And if you have any other violin suggestions, please tell me :) (link)

in every violin i have ever bought, the horse hair has always come already strung on. if this isn't true for this one, though, you can get it strung at any violin or music specialty store and get it done inexpensively.
hope i helped :)
