Hey guys I would really appreciate it if you guys would help me. Ok we'll I got a new laptop and it had internet and it was fast since I have DSL. So I tried to download ares which is a music program and after I downloaded it the internet is going so slow. It probably takes now like 10 minutes to go into a website I'm not kidding! So what could be wrong with my internet.? Its not my connection becuase its fine its something to do with my laptop please help! Thanks so muchh!
You may have accidentally downloaded a virus along with it. You should certainly check your computer for viruses.
If you don't have a virus, you may just have too much on your hard drive, and this program added to it. You should try to delete files you do not need. This goes especially for laptops, such as your own, because laptops do not have as much memory as desktops.
