So i have this sister. We never used to fight but lately everything she does pisses me off and visa versa. I talked to my mom about it but all she said was stand up to her whenever she says something mean. She always says, "Im so much faster than you" (we both run) and "Since im better than you i thought you wouldnt care" and i always stand up to her and she always makes me feel like i am ten years younger, when shes only 3 years older than me. What should i do? (link)

I say next time she starts to do this...then walk away. She probally knows that it is bugging you because that is why they do it. So eaither walk away or just ignore it..aand change the subject. SHe will do it if she knows it is bothering you. So show her that it isn't bothering you and she will probally stop. And if it doesn't work this way., then just tell her that she is bugging you and making you feel bad. Just be truthful and tell her how you feel. She is your sister, she will understand. Or you could try and give her a piece of her own medicine. Do waht she does ot you to her to make her know how it feels. Theses are jsut 3 ways ot deal with this. i hope you like one of them.
