I've been on AN for 10+ years now. I started this when I was around 14 years old. I'm really open-minded and I usually give more than one option to choose from.:] When you witness a lot of drama from others and experienced it yourself, you pretty much know how to deal with it.

When i got to school and then get home im always sooo tired! i want to just go lay down and nap! it might be because i dont get very much sleep but what else could it be or besides sleeping more what else could i do to help myself to be so exhausted!its only when i got to school too! i dont know if that just really wears me out or what and i dont know why it would cause its not that hard lol but im suffering haha. If you have any tips of things to help me feel up and going after school feel free to share!!! :) thanx

I used to be the same and I found out I was anemic.. lack of iron. So that's a possibility for you. I had insomnia, before I could function normally with 4-5 hours of sleep.. But when i got home from school one day, i would take a nap from 5 to 8. I would go back to bed at 1 to 6. I would be so tired. So when it gets that bad, you need to see a doctor to see if your anemic. Then you could safely take iron pills. I was full of energy, it was great.

Before bed, you should try working out or taking allergy medicine.. since it makes you drowsy. So you get into the habit of going to bed early. It's almost like when you go out to an amusement park and come home so tired.


You need to eat a good breakfast consisting of fruits. Apples, bananas, something to give you energy to last throughout the day. Also have some cereal, pancakes or something to go along with it.

Poor diet and dehydration can lead to fatigue. Which is why I put more fruits into my diet and I stopped drinking anything with caffeine in it.

Now I feel a lot better.
