Okay so I've decided to do this Special K thing. So what I plan on doing is eating a bowl of it before school/in the morning, having a Special K Bar/Granola Bar/Fruit for lunch, and then Special K again for dinner, and occasionally having regular dinner. I've joined the volleyball team where I have practice every day after school (except Thursdays because of religion classes) for about an hour/hour and a half. Soon, basketball will be starting, so I'll be having practice Friday nights, and games on weekends. I really want to lose 15-20 pounds before summer of '08, and I was wondering if this was a good goal, and I'm really motivated so I really wanna try to lose weight and stick to it, so just let me know if there's anything else I can do to help me lose weight, and if you think my plan&goal are good and reasonable.
Hey, i tried the special k diet for 2 weeks, i didnt drop a dress size, but if you are playing volleyball too then it might work for you. I wasnt really exercising whislt doing the diet.
Id say drinking water throughout the day will help you lose the weight and have a low fat/low calorie dinner in the evenings.
As for your chest size, it wont change dramatically, maybe a little bit but i doubt you will go to a size B so dont worry =]
