Call me scooter. No, it isn't my real name, but I like the idea of having a secret name. Most of the people who have professional advice columns don't use their real names, so I don't see why I should either. I want to give the best advice possible, and I figure that the first way of becoming professional is to act professional. That isn't to say that I plan on growing up to be an advice columnist. Actually, I want to be a psychologist. But, this is as close as I'm going to get to that right about now. I'm also a very good writer, so I figure writing an advice column is a good way of getting my ideas out there. Please feel free to ask me any questions you like.

soo theres this boy who i have been talking and well last june we started talking like everyday and got really close like bestest freinds coz he told me evrything and me to him like literalyy everything! until november when my best freind went out with him for tw days and then broke up and then i started feelin bit jelsous but i triednot to..i duno i was feelin different! but he kinda gave me the impression b4 hand that he likd me coz he would say all this sweet stuff and say like bf and gf things to me! anyway, he stopped talkin to me in december for some reason - when everyone asks him hes like i dnt like 2 talk bout the past anymore!
soo.. recently he started talkin to me sayin that he dont want 2 keep a grudge with anyone..he used to go to my school but left because he failed and had to go some place else..every time i talk to him i feel happier..but i dont think about him that much at all! and recently he kissed my best friend and didnt even call her back!
ive been trying to move on but i just cant and i dont know what to do at all!
so can somebody tell me how to handle the problem? if i like him or if were just friends?
and what to dooo?.. and recently again hes bein really rude to me and cuttin the calls when he sees my number or if i all hed hear my voice and cut the phone? lately i have been thinkin bout him

This guy is obviously very messed up. You are an excellent friend to him, and I'm sure he isn't hurting you on purpose. At the same time, it's obvious he is hurting you. Try not to worry about him as much; try thinking about other things and people. I wish you the best of luck.
