Q: I have tried putting in a tampon a couple times but couldn't even get it to start going "in". I'm going to try again soon but is there a reason why i can't and/or are there any tips or whatever to inserting it besides putting that K-Y or whatever jelly on it? Thanks so much! And if I for some reason can't put one in what do I do when I have swimming at school? It's only for 2 weeks but I might have my period then?

Try putting the Tampon slanted going up no just straight up then push. it might hurt the firs few times but as you do it more, the more you learn better.
