Q: So we have to run a mile (4 times around a big track) for a time (meaning it's a race!!!) I am not that good a runner...what can i do to get me a good time and not get cramps or out of breath?! help asap! i need it by tomorrow
yeah keep a joging at a certain pace and at the last lap at the end just sprint it,sometimes looking at the lines on the tracks helps, breath in trough youre nose and out trough youre mouth, and always remember to just keep youre legs moving no matter the pain or how dry youre troat feels,
