Ok I read an article about you hymen and it says that it is like outside of your vagina, and I'm having problems inserting a tampon.
Does that mean that I'm having trouble inserting it all the way because my hymen isn't broken and it's in the way?
that may be it, if your hymen is still intact, then it can hinder you from inserting a tampon and you would have to break it to put one in.
it took me until this year to actually learn how to put a tampon in correctly.
all of the times before, it hurt so badly that i would give up.
it could be that it's not lubricated enough to actually go in and so the tampon would stick and then hurt. your vagina should naturally have some fluid, plus menstruation, but sometimes that isn't enough.
or maybe the way you're standing isn't helping.
try putting your leg onthe toilet seat or squatting a little bit.
that's all i can offer, but good luck!
