After I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend I bled a little and now for the past 2 days I have been bleeding on and off could I be pregnant?

Unprotected sex always means you could be pregnant. Get the Pill. Or wait a few weeks and check with yoiur doctor/get a pregnancy test.
