Okay well I need to, & want to lose at least 10 pounds in one week, & I need to know what can I do to lose that much. I don't want to do any crash diets because I'm not trying to hurt myself, just get healthier and fit. What are some foods to completely avoid, & what kind of exercise can I do to accomplish my goal? well you can't do it healthily...you'll be losing 3 lbs of fat and 7 lbs of muscle...which is super unhealthy for your body...I'm sorry that you want to lose that much weight in a week but it's completely unrealistic...even with crash dieting you wont lose 10 lbs in a week...nothing will do that...but avoiding foods that are super high in sugars and eliminating soda from your diet completely will definitely be a big help...try that...you'll be surprised how much weight you lose.
