I try to give the best advice I can, usually drawing on my own personal experience. But I'm not perfect, and sometimes when I look back on some of my advice it's far from it (especially when I was 15 and writing LiKe THiS). It's just advice, though. It's not an answer or a solution, it's simply a potentially helpful perspective. And that's all I can offer you.

Hi I am 14 years old. So here is the story.A few months ago we got new neighbors. One is 16 years old. A bunch of neighborhood kids hang out all the time. So one day I found out that he liked me and was going to ask me out. I said I just wanted to be friends. Then later on i kind of started to like him and I still do. He knows it too. But for some reason he doesn't like me back now. But he still flirts with me. So I lied and said that a guy asked me out and i said yes. I wanted to see if he would get jealous. I think he did a little but I am not sure. I want him to ask me out again . How do I know if he likes me that way? I am confuesed. And if he doesn't like me anymore how do for some reason how do I get him to like me again? (link)

Ok lying is a mistake many people make when they are desperate to see if a guy likes them and all girls do it some time in their life time. You have to tell this guy that you lied and tell him you like him. You cant MAKE people like you its their feelings. The only way you can know if he likes you is to ask him. He might still like you, you never know, but if he doesnt you cant change that and ull have to move on.
