Hello :) My name is Jess and I'm 15 years old. I live in England and think it's pretty cool (apart from the weather!). I am really interested in Architecture and photography at the moment, and I hope to study Architecture at university. My friends and I have been through a lot recently which varies a lot so I hope I can really understand what most of you are going through. I definitely go for what I can when you ask a question, I just delve right in the deep end and tell you how it is. No babbling for ages, but straight down to the point. does anyone know how to make tha color fade into a rainbow or whatever, like what program and ihf theres a tutorial. or ihf yu know how :)
I dont exactly know how, but you could go to a really really good hair dresser and see what they can do. Most hairdressers say what they think is closest to what you want.

my question was under computer,web design. so i don't know why your talking about hair. and i asked how to make that rainbow in the back of the font of the website i gave out. and what program there is, and a tutorial if there is one.
