how do you get these eyelashes like that

I get a similar look by using
Cover girl's Fantastic Lash and Cover girl's Triple Mascara. Curl your eyelashes for a while too.

That's like 6 hours later. So the mascara is good.
You could get the same look by buying any XXL mascara, something that will thicken and give you length. If you curl your eyelashes before and after you apply mascara, it will work.

Maybelline- Lash Stylist. [it's waterproof and stays on for a long time in my experience]
