okay i am 14/f and i weigh like 110. i no that's not alot but i really want to get skinnier. i no it's really bad for you and all but i really want to be annerexic, because i no it works! but it's hard for me to discipline myself not to eat! i have been riding my bike 4 miles like everyother day. that's really easy because im very athletic and i play soccer 2 times a week also. and i have been trying to cut down on food and also eat more fruit. it's so hard because when i'm bored i want to eat even though im not hungry. i also do 500 situps every day. i am skinny i just want to be skinnier. i am trying to be annorexic but maybe eat like a banana a day or something but it is so hard not to eat! please help me and give me ways to stop me from eating when im broed and stuff like that! im desperate! thanks in advance!
Okay. Well you cant just decide to go anorexic. And that is the normal weight for a 12 year old so im sure your not over weight. But you might just have muscle, because muscle wieghs much more than fat.
And it doesnt matter how much you wiegh, just as long as your happy with your looks.
