so i'm thinking on loose 10 - 15lbs by the time school starts.
i'm 145lbs right now and 5'4. i want to weigh at least 130. or just fit into a size 7 by the end of August.
is it possible?
i already got the eating thing down straight.
i just need to know some good excersises. and how often i should use them for.

well yeah there is> but there are natural sugars that are in fruits (eat alot of those)>give up soda and start drinking more diet sodas,tea, and of course water.The whole point is to give up empty calories(calories that do nothing for your body)another tip is dont count calories just make sure you dont eat after 7:00pm and that what you are eatting is heathy!
