i just switched to tampons, because i don't like pads at all. so i'm kind of confused about them. today my flow is regular, and at 11:30 this morning i put in a Playtex plastic regular flow tampon. so until what time should i keep it in for? i'm scared about TSS because i don't want to keep it in too long. thanks! _(link)

any time over four hours is what puts you at risk for TSS...I always change mine every 3...but thats just me...it's really up to you...just don't leave it in over 4.
