in general: i try to make the best of life. i screw up because my life's too short to be cool. im not usually a mean person, but i can be if its neccasary. i dont care what people think of me, so please dont judge me. i you dont like my advice.. im sorry. its not always gonna be the best advice there is. im only giving my word, and hoping it helps. its very hard for me to trust someone. i trust very few. if your mad at me, dont bother telling me. i dont care. period. im not gonna change for you.. or anybody. i forgive but never ever EVER forget. =) i probibly dont sound like a very happy person, but i am. i love my life. i just dont let others ruin it, and i sure do let them know! :D and obviously, i am straight to the point. so it is possible my advice will be strict and serious.

hi, everyone.
i'm trying to lose weight and i was wondering if you guys think this will help at all:

exercise:
monday/wednesday/friday-running at six in the morning. about the miles. only walking a little.
100 curlups, 60 pushups.
might go running at the beach, this week.
alot of swimming (like wading, doggie paddle, ect)

diet:
i havent had much of an appetite lately, but here goes, aha.
breakfast-honey bunches of oats with milk before running. sometimes skip breakfast.
lunch-varies. probably just a sandwhich. when i go to the beach, it will be pizza or a chicken sandwhich.
dinner-home cooked stuff. fairly fatty. like, 15+ grams of fat for the meal, i'm guessing..
snacks-i'm trying to cut out snacks, but once again, at the beach, i'll probably cheat alot. other than that, i eat fruit, ect.
drinks-trying to drink all water. orange juice.


so will this help me lose weight?
how many grams of fat should i allow at each meal?
also, SHOULD i lose weight. i'm 4'11 and 99 pounds.

im doing the same exact thing.
your exercise seems fine, but make sure you always stretch and warm up! =)

one thing that you need to change is to ALWAYS eat breakfast.
breakfast is very important, but of course, make it healthy.
pizza is deffinatly not good for losing weight. try not to eat too much of that. try and eat more fruits.
dinner seems fine, i think.
and drinks, just make sure you drink that water!

i do not know about the amount of grams of fat.
but that will help you lose weight.
