my best friend max told me a huge secret about himself a long time ago and i swore not to tell anyone. i messed up big time by telling steven because steven has a big mouth sometimes. a few days ago i was talking to max and i told him that i really dont like steven because hes annoying me a lot. then max told steven that i think hes "gross". he was just kidding of course but what if steven gets mad and decides to tell max the secret i told him a long time ago as like payback or something. that would guarantee max hating me forever. what do i do? help!! Well, start off by apologizing. Max isn't going to automatically gunna forgive you and act like you were again, but you did slip the BIG secret you weren't supposed to tell anyone. So you can't expect anything more for a while. But tell him you understand if he doesn't wanna chill/talk for awhile, but that you are sincerily sorry and it was a HUGE mistake. As for Steven, I wouldn't talk to his ass for awhile either, but if he's known to have a 'big mouth' you should've known better as well.
Just apologize, tell the truth, and wait some time for everything to cool off. I'm sure he'll forgive you soon, everyone makes mistakes =)
