Lets say I ate 6 light meals everyday. Each meal has cottage cheese in it. Like I could have cottage cheese and a piece of fruit for one meal. Then for the next I could have cottage cheese and yogurt. Then cottage cheese and tuna sandwich. Cottage cheese and crackers. And stuff like that, that are healthy. Would it be healthy to eat like that? Should I eat more or less ? I just want to know what I could eat. Thanks (link)

it tastes really good and it only has 80 calories in half a cup.:)
